Anguilla - Best Months to Visit

I know Dec. 15 to April 15 is the high season and peak travel time.

What would be other good months to visit Anguilla in addition to that timeframe. We do not want to go during the winter.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Lois. We went in late May/early June and had great weather. I would not hesitate to go during that time again.

I would say in general though that the month of May would be a great time to go.

December 15 to April 15 is Peak Season in The Caribbean because that's when most people from the colder areas want to go someplace where it is warm and sunny not necessarilly because it is the best time to visit a particular island. You can visit Anguilla almost any time of and encounter good weather. In fact, early spring and summer are great times to visit as the island is not as crowded (not that Anguilla gets very crowded in Peak Season) and hotel rates are lower. The only time you'll find it less desirable to visit would be from late August through October 31 as many resorts and restaurants close during that time because it is peak hurricane season.
