Anguilla beaches

Has anyone experienced topless on the beaches, there was a bit about 6,7 years ago, I am wondering how much it has changed since than.

I was there last May and saw no one sun bathing topless. It is still frowned upon. I will be back the end of May and will post a update.

Anguilla's a very conservative island with British heritage and toplessness has not been acceptable in the past.
That said, many of the beaches are sparsely populated and if you're discreet, and respectful of those in the vicinity, I really doubt you'd run into a major problem.

It's still very much illegal (& yes, people have been at least confronted by police if not arrested) and it offends the local population.

Day 4 Fri,1/02/04 where we are now.
Another Tidbit?. Did you know?. that French women probably buy only one piece of a two piece bathing suit? That?s probably why so many of them were sunbathing, swimming and walking topless on Meads Bay. But who am I to complain? I?m an observer not a critic!! I do wonder though?. Who buys the other half of those bathing suits??
Dinner at Mango?s: We; conch chowder. She; grilled whole snapper. Me; baked stuffed chicken breast. Excellent meal and Kelvin and his guitar were wonderful.
