American Airlines or Air Jamaica?

Planning honeymoon trip through travel agent. Should we fly Air Jamaica or American Airlines??

The service is better; the food is better (although no airline food is good these days.) Maybe I have been lucky but I have never experience a delay with AJ - always left on time and arrived on time.

I agree.......Air Jamaica has my vote as well. (Especially if you can upgrade yourself to 1st class) The lounge alone in Montego Bay makes it worth it if you get stuck there for any length of time0

Well I didn't read this in time. I booked my tickets on American Airlines through the travel agent. We're getting a great vacation deal through them with San Souci Resort. Traveling Jan 31-Feb.7.

Definately AJ. I also like the passengers applauding whenever the plane lands. The food is better also...as close to a real meal as you will get

Does Air J still have those free champagne/mimosa flights?

Darn I miss living in NY....now we have to take USAir AND change planes to get to Ja....

Champagne flights? Sure do! Love those mimosas on that early morning flight down.
I'd opt for AirJam any chance I had.
