Alternative to Caneel Bay
 
18 years ago I went to Caneel Bay and loved it. I would like to go on a similar trip again and stay right on the beach with great snorkeling. Also would like to be close to other islands. Any suggestions for a little less cost?

nothing similiar to Caneel on St. John. BVI has several options. Brias Creek, Peter Island, Guana Island, Cooper Island

A second for the BVI. You can ferry to Tortola and Jost. Look at traveltalkonline.com for some trip reports to help you decide which accomodations are right for you. We go the first week in June when the prices drop! ;-)
