Allegro, who owns it now?
 

Hey guys really strange.
Went to Allegras web, no T&C there.
So I call 800 number, girl says we don't own it any longer, no info on who does. I was going to book this through amer. com vac, she dosen't know anything either, I am really not comfortable putting out big$$$ knowing this situation..
Anyone??

I believe that Occidental bought all the Allegros a few years ago.

Occidental Hotels and Allegro Resorts merged in Sept 2000.....here's the web page www.occidentalhotels.com

Thanks for responding. But this was the phone number I called and was told Allegro and Occidental, neither own this property anymore.... Thats what confused me.

maybe that didn't make sence. It was the occid/allegro web which I got the 800 number...

Their website address is allegroturksandcaicos.com. Last year before our stay there I received an e-mail address to contact for a room request from another poster on this message board. I believe the individual's e-mail address was [email protected]. Unfortunatly my harddrive died two weeks ago and I lost all of that info. Anyway the individual I corresponded with was Clover and she was a peach. Maybe you can get an answer this way? If you do, please let us know. I loved our vacation at the Allegro and I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks...
