All Inclusive Villa for Bachelor Party

Best Man here, looking for a place to take the groom and about 10-15 friends in the Caribbean in February or March of 2014. Would be an extended weekend trip, leaving from the NYC area. We hope to find an all inclusive villa/house which includes meals and alcoholic beverages so that we could all be together instead of separated into 5 hotel rooms. We would prefer beachfront and on a resort with others, where there are group activities, nightclubs, etc. What I mean is that seclusion is not required. Suggestions?

Finding lots of places that have 2-3 of the required criteria, but not all. We have no preference in islands (Cabo is an option as well), and dates are relatively flexible.

Any and all suggestions welcome. Thank you in advance your help.

Cabo is a good option.

Oops, but seems kind of far to travel from NYC. Isn't the Caribbean a lot closer as far as flight times?

You'll be hard pressed to find a villa, even if belongs to resort, as all inclusive. If you find one, you're talking big bucks. (like $30,000 a NIGHT) plus.

So you might want to stick to hotel rooms.

There are a few villa AIs I can think of:

Beaches Resort (kid friendly, not much nightlife) has new Key West Village with some
Sandals (couples only) has some at Exumas.

Palm Island in St. Vincent and the Grenedines (no nightlife, only thing on the island)

There's an island in Virgin Islands that you get entire island (big bucks) includes everything

There are private islands in Exumas Bahamas that include everything $100,000 a week -$400,000

There are villas along with Half Moon Bay jamaica.

So what's your budget? What time of year? (makes a difference). Are you stuck on AI?

PS. Cabos has tons of AIs, great place for bachelor parties, but I can't think of any resorts with villas.

Also keep in mind, many villas will ot rent to you if they know it's a party (they'll know if just a group of guys).

Parties, spring breakers, usually have a tough time finding a place, as (human nature) tend to wear and tear a villa.

Again, stick to a resort with rooms. Try the Club Med chain or Mexico.

Have you looked at Moon Dance Villas in Jamaica? They are right on the beach in Negril and come with a chef and bartender. It's a small 6-villa resort with 1-5 bedroom villas.

You also might want to look into staying at an all-inclusive, especially a resort that offers suites with a separate bedroom so you can gather in one spot. Some friends traveled with us to The Royal Playa del Carmen and they had a one-bedroom with a separate living room. It was quite spacious and that resort is well located being just a 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue.

<Cabos has tons of AIs>

Not in Cabo San Lucas, it does not. The All-Inclusives are mostly out on "The Corridor" and if people are going to party, they'd want to be in or near downtown for all the bars, nightclubs, restaurants. There are only a few AIs there.

Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic has it all. A 6/7 Bedroom Villa all with private baths,
private pool, golf carts to navigate the resort. Private Chef to cook make to order breakfast in the morning, more than a dozen restaurants for lunch and dinner, a stocked frig of alcohol and mixers with all-inclusive bars, clubs and a casino on site. Just to much to list here! Contact for more info if desired! BTW, best is the price, can have it all for $1000.00+/- per person!!

Try Blue Resort in the Bahamas.http://www.bahamasfinder.com/cable-b...er-resort.html It is a condo unit so you can have some privacy but sleep plenty of you in one area. The do have a full kitchen in them. There is a small bar on the resort grounds or the Sheraton is just a few minutes walk down and they offer many great bars/ night clubs and restaurants. Across the street from the Sheraton is the Daiquiri stand as well and the bus runs from in front of the Blue Water and the Sheraton to the downtown area if you want that scene as well. Or you can always try your luck at one of the many hotels that offer all inclusive deals like sandals or Atlantis and get a suite to share among you guys instead of the individual rooms. These are just a few options.. Hope it helps.

Sandals is couples only.

Atlantis has meal plans, not AI.

There are many condos in Caribbean, most not AI.

Sounds like DR is your best bet, But most resorts (including with villas ) are pretty self contained, not much venturing off the resorts happen there.
