AL resort ideas
 

My wife and I are hoping to go on
a honeymoon down in the carribean.
We want it to be an AL resort with
good quality anemities. I've been looking into Bahamas, bermuda, or barbados, but
we're open to any suggestions. Can anyone give me any suggestions on carribean AL resorts that are moderately priced?

The best, well-priced AI's in the Caribbean will be in Mexico; Cozumel, Cancun, Playa del Carmen. Also, Jamaica and Punta Cana. AI's in Bermuda and Barbados will be higher priced. Bahamas has a few well priced AI's. We stayed at Sandals and by far it was no bargain, but very nice and we enjoyed it.

We only go AI if at all possible as it is the best deal for us. We like Mexico the best.

I agree we like Mexico the best of all our visits to destinations in the CAribbean and I can personally recommend the Barcelo Maya AI resort as it is very good value for the dollor. You may want to check out this site for more info and pictures.

Moon Palace in Cancun is beautiful. Great food, beach, jungle, golf and transportation into town.

We have already been to Mexico in past travels. Has anyone been to Wyndham resort in the Bahamas? Or Turtle Beach Resort in Barbados? All we really want is a nice beach, room service, and good quality accomodations.

We have stayed at two of the Paradisus all Inclusives. They were both very nice. The Paradisus in Costa Rica had a lot of honeymooncouples. I have heard the Secrets Resorts AI are top notch. It doesn't say when you are going, because the price at all AIs can fluctuate depending on when you go.
