Wedding / elope at adult only resort on island with fun nightlife?!?

We are planning on going somewhere to get married this upcoming March. We are hoping to find an adults only resort that includes the wedding for free or has a wedding planner on site (as I have no idea where to begin when it comes to planning a simple wedding on an island)!! The ideal location would also have fun nightlife and an au natural beach. Thank you for any suggestions!!

We were at Secrets Excellence in Punta Cana this past summer. There were MANY weddings while we were there. It is an adults only, all inclusive resort. They have entertainment nightly and a small casino and a disco. Their beach and pool are great.

Try any of the Sandals resorts. My daughter was married at one and it was super, we could not HAVE DONE IT BETTER OURSELVES.

I was in the caribbean last month with my cousin, at a place called charlisangels.com, and we had 2 weddings at the same time....the guy named charlie takes care of all the stuff, just make sure you check their prices first, so everything goes smooth.

My wife & I (married for 18 months) just resturned from Sandals Grande in St. Lucia, a beautiful resort with a nice little stretch of beach. As Kimberly stated, that is the resort to do with as they have plenty of experiance. Everyone as the club either just got mattied or was about to any minute. We felt like the "old married couple" there. Congrats on your upcoming nuptuals!!!

hello in luuuv - forgive me if i misinterpret your question. if you are looking for nude beaches your best bet might be the french side of st.maarten. the french are so much more liberal than we are. MOST resorts have wedding consultants. if you keep it simple you should have no issues. but get it all in writing! if you really want to "explore" perhaps you are looking for hedonism 1 or 2 on jamaica. yes, they do weddings. both islands have a big nightlife. Congratulations

LOL!!!

Virginia, nowhere does Luv talk about nude beaches, they just don't want crying babies or screaming kiddies while on their Honeymoon!

luvuninsun mentioned an "au natural" beach. As far as I know that means nude.

To insure adults only, don't pick a time in March that school are out such as the last week of March which is Easter week.

We are getting married on 3/4/05 at the Grand Lido Negril in Jamaica. It looks like a wonderful resort and the feedback I have received from others who have been married there has been excellent. This resort does allow adult children - I believe they have to be 16 and older. I have heard that the wedding coordinator, Sophia, does an excellent job. Good luck with the planning.
