Advise for first timers to St.Lucia

My husband and I are visiting the island in early November, along with another couple. We will be staying on the north end in the Cap Estate area and will have a rental car. Any thoughts on must things to do, restaurants, sites? We are also looking for very private or secluded beaches where we can relax and be away from crowds. Hope to hear any thoughts you might have. Thank you!

You are in the Gros Islet area, the touristy area. There are great restaurants, a shopping center, grocery store and bank. For tours, contact Owin Antoine, Off the Beaten Path Tours and Taxi. Owin is a great guy and will give you great service. You can book online. He will give you lots of suggestions.
