Does anyone know whether Old Manor Inn and Pinney Beach Hotel are still in operation in Nevis?

Old Manor has been closed for years.

I was also looking into a restaurant that was recommended to me called Seafood Madness. Do you know if they're still open?

Yes, Seafood Madness is still open but they have "erratic" hours so best to call before going to make sure they'll be open that particular day. FYI - there are many MUCH BETTER places to dine while on Nevis - go here only if you can't find anyplace else to eat.
