Abaco in the bahamas
 

We will be flying into Treasure Cay in April. We are in need of a nice hotel for 5 nights. I'm not having much luck with any recomendations. Do you have any suggestions for a nice hotel-great beach is important.

Have a great time! Are you spending all of your time on TC or heading out from there? Green Turtle Cay- a short boat trip away- is a fun day trip if you have the time. You can rent a boat at the TC marina and take yourself if you are comfortable with that.

Would you be willing to rent a house on the beach? TCR is the only hotel and you have to walk across the parking lot and street to get to the sandy beach.

I, too, recommend renting a boat and heading over to Green Turtle Cay as well as Great Guana Cay. If you are there over a Sunday you must go to Nipper's on Great Guana for the Sunday pig roast. An all-day affair and lots of fun. Also, it has a great beach for sunning and snorkeling.
