7 bedroom beachfront villa?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a 7 bedroom villa on or short walk to the beach? I am planning a trip for 7 couples in Feb. 2008 ( so none of the bedrooms can be for kids! ). We probably won't go out much so beachfront is preferable. Thanks for your help!

Look into the Aquamarine Beach Houses (www.aquamarinebeachhouses.com) in Turks & Caicos. I know the Sand Dune villa has 4 bedrooms upstairs - 2 that would be good for couples. Same setup downstairs. They also have the Sunrise Villa. I think downstairs has 2 bdrms/1ba, while upstairs has 3 bdrms/2ba.

Would you be interested in snorkeling to the reef right off a secluded beach yet not far from restaurants, etc? If so, check out the Cayman Kai Sea Lodges Goto http://www.sealodgical.com/ or http://www.caymanhaven.com/

They are individually owned, 1 or 2 bedroom. Rates are reasonable - especially by Cayman standards. The owners are wonderful & helpful. We are booking for next year. We have stayed in one of the Sea Lodges before - this spot is the best spot on the planet so we keep going back.

If the Sea Lodges don't work for you, check Cayman Villas website or Cayman Kai Management website. They have villas, etc in the Cayman Kai area but I'm not sure how many bedrooms.

The Cayman Kai area is on the north side of Grand Cayman. It is away from all the bustle and tourism of Seven Mile Beach.

You can find a number of options at www.wimco.com I'm not affiliated with them, I've just used them (happily) for villa rentals in St. Barth, but the do cover other islands.

You might check out Beachcourt Villa at Shoal Bay Beach East on Anguilla. Think the site is www.beachcourtvilla.com. Brand new and very nice.

I don't know what your budget is, but I believe that Katitche Point Greathouse on Virgin Gorda may suit your needs. It may only have 6 bedrooms, however, so be sure to doublecheck. It's very luxurious, gets wonderful write-ups, and it's waterfront with a walk to the beach. I think it's also within walking distance of Giorgio's Italian restaurant.

hi donna, also on provo in t&c look at www.northshorevillas.com mr. moog has villa tamarind which is 6br ensuite (4 w/K, 2 w/2K beds each) gorgeous house with pool, directly on beach, 2 mins down beach to the best snorkeling on the island. or you could combine houses using one of his 5br villas on the beach with one of his smaller (2-3brs) ones across the street. ie sandstone and gumbo or coriander. these villas are all in a great part of the island. near turtle cove marina. you can walk to 6 restaurants and a dive shop.
his ocean point villas - stonecrest>seacrest are in a different part of the island and not beachfront, although each has a dock for water access.
in addition prestigious properties lists villa via de tutto. 6-8 brs. its on the other side of marina and appears to have a private beach.
aquamarine actually has 3 houses avail. and they have a good beachfront location within walking distance of coral gardens which is 2nd best snorkeling.

There's a very over-the-top large place in Grenada called Azurra castle. I can't remember whether the name has two Rs or two z's. Anyway, I'm sure it's easily findable.

Stunning villa on Barnes Bay,Anguilla.

Cerulean is an excellent choice. Don't know what your budget is so it may be a budget buster. For more Villas on Anguilla check out www.ElegantRetreats.ai. If you are on a limited budget check out Nathans Cove on Meads Bay Anguilla Two units on the ground floor with two bedrooms each and one four bedroom unit upstairs.

Thank you, everyone!! I have checked out some of those villa rental websites already and found some I like. I am specifically looking for 1 large villa so everyone can hang around together. The trip is for my 40th birthday and even though my husband loves me, Cerulean is out of the budget ( we are paying! ) Howard - we love Anguilla too. We went with another couple Nov. 04 & 05 and stayed in villas both times. My problem is finding one on the beach under $40,000 per week! Beachcourt looks very nice but some of the rooms share bathrooms which we would prefer not to do. I'll check out the rest of your suggestions. Thanks again!!!!!

There's a review for Tortue (tortuevilla.com) on the Trip Advisor Anguilla forum. 8 bedrooms overlooking Shoal Bay East.

You can't get closer to the beach than this! It sounds close to what you need.
