Honeymoon, January 07
I was hoping I could find people who have been to all of the resorts and could help me decide which one to go to. I should start by saying we are not beach people, we prefer the pool. Also want to stay at a luxury resort where we will be pampered have a great room. Most important to us, safety, rooms and dining. Here are the places I've looked into.
Las Ventanas (San Jose Del Cabo) - worried about the food at the restaurants out side the resort - have heard the food isn't great in cabo, also worried it will be too cold to get a tan at the end of January.
Peter Island (BVI) - is the food good? The rooms look a little outdated from the website and if there's no tv, fiancee won't go.
Anguilla - went last year loved it. Fiancee would prefer to go somewhere new this year. Great food and looking for a location with food as good as anguilla.
Jumby Bay - Antigua.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OMG!
Las Ventanas is one of the most amazing resorts in the world! Don't worry about the food in Cabo. One&Only is also right there with an outstanding restaurant.
I love Anguilla both CuizinArt and Cap Julaca.
Can't tell you about Peter Island.

If not beach people.... Strawberry Hill, Jamaica.... incredibly romantic and fantastic service and scenery.
Oh, and as for the TV in the room thing ? On Honeymoon ? to be honest, Strawberry Hill did have small TVs in the room when we were there, but the atmosphere was so "chilled" that it never occurred to us to turn it on... more a place to read a book, relax, absorb the view and the atmosphere.
