18 mos old, 3 month old and Grandma...

Looking for your latest thoughts...

I'd like to plan a Carribean vaca for my family - my wife and I have an 18 month old and a 3 month old. I've invited my mother to come along as well.

So, I need a condo type of property - I'd like to be on the ocean - I also would like a casino nearby.. I want to fly direct from Philly on USAIRWAYS - I don't want to connect or switch planes at all - they go to many carribbean destinations direct.

Money isn't really a concern for this trip - although I don't want to be stupid about it.

Thanks for your thoughts...

The Hyatt on Aruba should meet your requirements. Non-stop from Philly, right on a beautiful beach and a casino in the hotel. They even have a very well-run children's program so you know it's family friendly.

Bob,

I believe that USAir has some direct flight to St. Kitts. There are some condo complexes on the beach in Frigate Bay. The Marriott, with a casino, is right there as well.

Check out www.vrbo.com for a few listings or post a question at www.myeyez.net, if you are interested in St. Kitts. It is a forum devoted to St. Kitts and some of the posters have stayed in condos and can advise you.

St.Martin (Dutch side) should meet your needs also. Non- stop from Philly, plenty of condo type resorts with wide choice of dining and casinos. Child fiendly restaurants with choices from fancy to a burger ribs joints at very reasonable prices. Try www.cheapcaribbean.com for condos specials.
