Fodor's Travel Talk Forums - Winter horseback riding in Quebec

Hidden Trails has listed an Appalachian Romantic Winter escape riding tour in Quebec. I have booked though them before and in addition to having a huge markup, they screwed things up for us. So I'd like to book direct and possibly for a shorter time, so I'm looking for the name of the inn. Hidden Trails makes it really hard to identify the place--all I know is that it's called The Auberge (or that could be generic as it's French for Inn) and the proprietors are Gilles and Gina. Not a lot to go on, so I'd be grateful for any info...
