J. Michaels has a store at Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke. This was "my closest mall" whilst I lived in Etobicoke for 40 years... before moving a hour + west of TO.

Ok, I'm the one who is really under a rock. I just missed Marilyn this week...and then just saw this post. Goddess, thanks for the post , even though it's 2 months old.
I did wonder where Marilyn was this week.. and before reading this post I didn't even realize she was the "Marilyn" of "Roger , Rick and Marilyn" I don't listen to taht station.
SO, I've learned something!!

And Rick is no longer on CHUM - it's Roger, Marilyn and Darrin (?). Rick moved to another station, after many many years with CHUM.

Rick's on CFRB and EasyRock or whatever 97.3FM is...still doing the sports.

I still can't believe Marilyn is gone from CityLine (I have obviously been out of the loop for a while). I still recall when she took over from Dini Petty.

Goddesstogo - you are so right about that blonde woman from fashion friday's (think her name is Sandra, can't think of the last name) - she always has a way of making everything sound so cute and darling. I always used to love home day when they would have Ray Staples on as a guest - she was such a firecracker.

Dini Petty !! Now there's a name from the past. Are we all showing our age??? I wonder what she's up to these days.

Geez, I remember Dini Petty when she did the traffic reports from the helicopter!

I think a lot of the guests on Cityline are the same as when Marilyn was there. The format of the show is the same as well. I'm not crazy about the new host - she used to be on Breakfast Television as a reporter, and maybe she'll grow into this new role.
