Where to eat near Montreal train station

We are traveling by train from Toronto to Quebec City with a change in Montreal. Going we have about 45 minutes and coming back about 2 hours. Does anyone know of anywhere nearby to pick up something to eat on the train (going) and to eat in on the way back?

My brother-in-law swears by the General Tao chicken in the train station itself, at an Asian food stand in the food court.

There are a number of fast food restaurants in the train station. What time of day will you be there?

Between 5-6 & 4-6. We'd love to avoid a food court and the usual chains. How about delis/bakeries/smoked meat places?

Premiere Moisson bakery in the train station is one good option.

Teh fast food and restaurants in the Montreal train station are nothing like you'd find in other locations.

When we worked in Montral we would go there for lunch voluntarily, not just because it was convenient.

Thanks everyone, we'll definitely check out the food court.
