Great Big Sea is playing at Cobbs Pond on August 2nd. What could be better than basing your vacation around that.

Clousie, I'm afraid that I can't offer any information on Nicolle's Cottage as we stayed at the Pond Road B&B which is also located just outside Rocky Harbour. It's a small B&B with 2 rooms, each with its own bath, plus a gathering area in the entry. In May of ' 06, we found it to be "shinny penny " new; an addition to a ranch house that overlooked a pond, but was located along the main highway about a mile out of town. No scenic woods location as I had imagined, but a wonderful host and hostess with a good breakfast.

As an aside to George, my husband and I have stayed in Twillingate several times while in Newfoundland and Harbour Lights Inn is as good as it gets in that community, IMHO!
