What to pack for Vancouver area in June?
 

Planning a trip to BC for next June. What should I pack? We will be visiting Vancouver, Parksville, Tofino, and Victoria. Also, it seems as though the places we've picked have had good reviews - Rosellen suites in Vancouver, Beach Acres in Parksville and Pacific Sands in Tofino. Anyone have any warnings about any of these places?

June has a not entirely undeserved reputation for being undependable weatherwise. Although the average temps are in the 20's Celsius and sunshine is the norm it can often be cool and rainy. So pack shorts, cottens, beachware, light rain jackets and a warm sweater or two and don't forget a compact umbrella. Hopefully you won't need the latter.
