Victoria BC Restaurants?
 

I'll be visiting Victoria just for 2 nts in July. Does anyone have some good, moderately priced ($50 US) places to recommend. Especially interested in local seafood specialties and ethic foods.

Brasserie L'Ecole. It's a French bistro but, candidly, in Victoria, most seafood themed restaurants aren't as good as the seafood you can get at the restaurants which are just plain good. L'Ecole is squarely in your price range. Cafe Brio is pricier, but excellent.

Try pescatores,buy far the best seafood in vic.Right down town by the empress hotel.

We love Rebar Modern Food, in Bastion Square just off Government Street downtown. Excellent ethnic food with a slight emphasis on vegetarian and Mexican cooking. Very healthy, yummy food.

Had dinner last week at Paprika....outstanding.
