Can someone reccomend a good seafood and
steak house? Preferably west end, thats where we will be staying??

Gotham's at Dunsmuir and Seymour (celebs go there regularly)

Morton's - near Canada Place by Coal Harbour

Hy's steakhouse - Georgia and Howe - right across from Four Seasons.

Chartwell's at Four Seasons makes a mean steak too.

The Keg - various locations - Smythe and Robson; Dunsmuir and Hornby.

None of these restaurants are far from the West End, though you might want to cab it to Morton's.

The only other one I can think of is Boathouse (http://www.boathouserestaurants.ca)

Gotham is the most highly rated one though (and probably the most expensive one!) Morton's comes after; expensive but big portions.

Doh! Completely forgot about Joe Fortes...but it is very good too...always enjoy myself when I go.
