Vancouver in January

We are traveling to Vancouver later next week (Jan. 18-25). We are looking for fun things to do inside (or out depending on the weather) with about 10 people (no children are traveling with our group). Any ideas?

Any interest in NHL Hockey? http://canucks.nhl.com/club/schedule.htm
If the weather is good, take a good walk in Stanley Park.

Tomfuller, YES! We are hockey fans and have tickets to see the Canucks.

Thank you both for the ideas. We will check into them.

I agree with ShelliDawn that Museum of Anthropology and Granville Island should both be on you itinerary. And a trip to Vancouver is never complete without a visit to Stanley park--by bicycle if the weather cooperates. While in the neighborhood, have a meal at Hon's on Robson--great fun and good food.

Ooops, just realized it is January you are going. Got you confused with another thread where someone was planning for March. So never mind the bicycles, but do buy yourself some fresh flowers from a sidewalk display.
