Vancouver B&B

I am interested in going to the Winter Olympics in Feb 2010. I would like to stay in a B&B close to rail link to the games. I prefer homeowner or small hotel. Any suggestions for clean, safe, comfortable place? Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by "rail link to the games". The venues for the various sports are scattered all over the city and up in Whistler.

Sorry, I should have said bus, rail, mass transit type since I won't be driving. Is that an option?

What price range are you willing to pay? I think the prices will be going up ... but if you book now, you may be able to work out some deal. I think a downtown location will work out best, but like taggie said, events scattered all over.

Will you be by yourself? If yes, you may consider the "Cozy Double Room" at the West End Guest House. (That is where I will be staying in October) I always wanted to stay at this B&B (reviews are AMAZING!) but I never thought I could afford it ... I didn't know they had a single room (all the amenities at a fraction of the cost of the other rooms)

Thank you, Wallace and Gromit. I checked out their website and it looks very nice. In fact, I emailed them for more information. Please let me know how your visit goes.

Any other suggestions?
