US travelers to Montreal
 

I'm hoping to travel to Montreal and Quebec City in mid October, but I am waiting to book my airline tickets until they start lifting restrictions. Does anyone have any information about when they will start letting US travelers into Canada via airports without quarantine restrictions? I guess I'm looking for that "crystal ball"

Probably will have a clearer picture near end of September.
