TORONTO HOTEL
I doubt in that hotel to choose for my stay in Toronto: Marriott Toronto Bloor Yorkville Hotel VS Renaissance Toronto Skydome.

I would definitely stay at the Marriott Bloor/Yorkville. It's in a great area: lots of shops, restaurants, people walking, on the subway (thru The Bay next door). Toronto's Bloor Street is like N.Y.'s Fifth Avenue.
Nothing is like 5th Ave!!!! Bloor St. is interesting but IMHO lacks the high energy of 5th Ave. But you didn't ask for my opinion on that did you? I agree w/ Bonnie that Marriott wld. be the better place to stay at this time of year. (When are you visiting To.?)
Just out of curiosity, why have you limited yourself to these 2 hotels?
Hi Susan,

Because I am a travel agent from Spain and I have a great discount in Marriott Hotels. That's all!
Bloor = 5th ave. That's rich.
To nyc. We love our Bloor so watch it!!
Actually Bloor is much nicer than 5th Ave because there are lots fewer obnoxious, pushy, mouthy, overbearing New Yorkers there.....
Oh, so now New Yorkers are mouthy, pushy, and overbearing, eh? Well, that's still better than being bigots, like the provincial Torontonian who wrote the previous post.
Simmer, guys, simmer....Results of a recent poll indicate that 7 out of 10 Canadians think Americans are great! ( Well it did not say "great" but it was a very supportive response) Hey! We are your biggest fans worldwide so let's not get in a big fight over 5th Ave. vs. Bloor St!!!
Marriott Bloor and enjoy Bloor ST - it's great!
