Toronto GTG August 23-26 2018
 

At the wildly successful DC GTG we started to talk about a future Toronto GTG. It's in the preliminary stages but August 23-26, 2018 has been set as a date and I thought I'd post here to start to gather interest. Post here (or on FB) if you're interested and want to receive information as plans develop.

Time for a reminder for the August GTG! The Blue Jays 2018 schedule was recently released - they have home games on the 24th (7:07pm start) 25th (4:07pm start) and 26th (1:07pm start).

Guess we better get going on a GTG schedule! As mentioned in earlier posts, we could have a casual meet and greet at our condo in the party room on Friday August 24th after 5pm - we are near St. Lawrence Market/Union Station, so right downtown. Then following past weekend GTG patterns, propose a dinner the evening of August 25th.

Topping as we get closer to the GTG - it looks like a great turn out of Fodorites.

Friday and Saturday evening events are confirmed. Many are also seeing "Come From Away" or a Jays game over the weekend.

Friday is a casual meet and greet in our condo party room (downtown by St. Lawrence Market) - from 5:00 - 8:00 -- Wine/Beer/non alcoholic drinks and finger food - $30 CAD

Saturday is dinner near our condo - depending upon final numbers we might go with a smaller group menu for a flat rate - but here's a link to the main menu to give you an idea of pricing.
