To Cdn Posters - looking for a TA for NZ/Oz/Asia trip

Does anyone have a travel agent they could recommend that specializes in Australasia? I'm in Toronto but anywhere in Canada would be find - particularly interested in the various airline passes for Asia and area. Thanks!

Although she lives in California rather than Canada, I would not hesitate to use the services of Melodie Kennedy of Kennedy Kruises:

I have never met her in real life, but "met" her on the Fodor's Australia forum, and have had some e-mail correspondence with her.

Melodie told me that she could handle reservations for Canadian travellers as well as American ones.

Elizabeth, I agree with Judy that Melodie Kennedy would be a good choice if you don't mind dealing with someone located in the SF Bay Area. If you want to find someone closer to home, check the official tourism site www.australia.com - sorry, don't know the URL of the NZ equivalent - and search for certified "Aussie travel specialists". I think that most, like Melodie, would also be NZ specialists.

Elizabeth S . I too would recommend Melodie from the insighful advice she gives and compliments she sends me on the Aussie forum. Do a search w/ her name on the Australia forum to see how intersting she is
