Sunshine Meadows or Sulphur Mountain

Both of these areas are described as having alpine meadows, glorious views and hiking opportunities. I'm clear about ways to access each of them and that Sulphur Mountain has a restaurant. My questions is-What's the difference between the views? If there's only time for one, which should we opt for?

Stillhouse, I've been up the Sulphur Mountain gondola but have never been to Sunshine. I asked one of my colleagues who knows both areas. She recommends Sunshine. Here's a web page that describes a few different hiking trails in the Canadian Rockies:

Sunshine Meadows is covered by the trail entitled Quartz Ridge and Citadel Pass.
