Thanks too ! Two weekends ago, our local Farmers Market here had their annual garlic festival. It was great - garlic everything, everywhere.
A chef friend rented a stall and made and sold garlic chocolate truffles. They were slightly smaller than a golf ball, and though unusual, tasted quite good. He sold over 400 individual pieces.

Don't tell me I missed it. darn.
