What does "near" mean? Other than the hotels & hostel in Lake Louise, Baker Creek would be the closest. Beyond that you would be looking at Field, Storm Mountain Lodge, Castle Mountain Chalets or Banff. Beyond the Fairmont properties and a few others, there's really nothing that would be anything close to a fancy resort (Baker Creek is on the pricier side).
It really depends on what you intend to do, and how much driving you want to be doing each day. By the dates of your trip, parking is likely going to be filling up very quickly. If you stay in Lake Louise or Banff, it's much easier to take one of the free shuttles or the paid hop on/hop off shuttle. From the other locations, you'd likely be driving to the overflow lot on the TransCanada to catch a shuttle. If you are looking to do a fair bit of hiking, you'd likely be looking at staying in Lake Louise or Field. For more focus on attractions & food, Banff is best.
It also depends on what you are looking for in terms of accommodation. Anything outside of Lake Louise or Banff would mean driving to any stores or other restaurants/attractions. Lake Louise has a small range of restaurants & a small market. Banff has lots of stores & restaurants and indoor attractions accessible by foot or local public transport. Field has a small general store, but just one restaurant and one cafe.
