Smoking at Pearson airport

I will be flying out of Pearson soon with Air Canada. Can anyone tell me if there is a room for smokers there? Thanks.

Yes, there is a bar with an enclosed room for smokers who purchase a drink. The last time I was there I ordered a coffee and it cost me $4!!
You can go into the designated smoking area, but you are in no way obligated to buy anything!!!

Before we start arguing apples and oranges here, best to note that each of the 3 terminals have different facilities. In terminal 2 domestic departures, the smoking lounge is a separate room. Terminal 1 it is part of a bar and drinks are definitely pushed.

What do you want to smoke for anyway? It is very bad for you

True in general, but unfortunately smoking has a negative impact on all the people nearby not just the smokers.....

Fortuntately, the airport has provided these facilities.....

Only a matter of months before all smoking is banned in public places in Canada. Thank God for stopping all that second hand smoke
