I will be in this area for 2 1/2 days and would like to know if anyone knows of nice hotels and things to do?

What's the cross street? Sheppard is a long street.

Probably Yonge & Sheppard b/c that postal code(M5N 5W9...that "s" must be "5") is 45 Sheppard Ave E.

The North York Centre for the Performing Arts is nearby as well as the Novotel Hotel. There are lots of places to eat in that area.

You're also right on the subway line, so you could take that downtown if you were interested.
