Saguenay fjord trip worth it?

I will be in Quebec in June, probably before the whales migrate. I am wondering if taking a boat trip (Zodiac not my style) up the Saguenay river will be worth it. "They" say it is a fjord, so I am hoping that there will be sheer cliffs rising from either side, and that it will look somthing like a Scandanavian fjord. Any opinions?

In my opinion, Scandanavia it is not.
I guess the cliffs are regarded as sheer, but they are a short sheer.

If you're expecting extreme vertical topography, you're on the wrong half of the continent. bob_brown stated it best!

Looked like a fjord to me ....? And I thoght it quite stark and beautiful . Of course it's not the Rockies , but beautiful nonetheless . Google some pics !!
