quebec city hotels

Would it be too far to walk to the old city if staying at one of the newer hotels such as the Hilton or Loews?

Daniel Jun 13th, 2001 05:27 PM

Hello, The Hilton is one street away from the old Quebec and the Loews is about 5 minutes walking. The street between the Loews and the old Quebec is very nive with lots of restaurants, terraces. You can take a drink or a fine dinner.
Enjoy your trip. Quebec is one of the nicest city in America.

Daniel is sort of correct...his hotel advice is great... but when I stayed in Quebec, it was still in Canada, it hadn't yet been moved to America...hope you can find it...have fun.

I think Daniel meant North America. I don't usually use the term "America" to mean the United States, although I do call the residents of the US, "Americans". Not sure why that is!

And Daniel's right, Quebec City is one of the nicest places in North America.
