Quebec 400 - How Many Plan To Attend?
 

As many of you are aware, Quebec City will celebrate its' 400th Anniversary next year.

I was wondering how many have already made plans to attend the festivities.

The website www.monquebec2008.com has loads of information on the scheduled events.

The mayor of Burlingon Vt is a friend of ours and he has been involved with some of the planning for events related to the 400 year Anniversary. He says it is going to be amazing
We definitely plan to go sometime during the year

We were planning three nights in Montreal and three nights in Quebec City next June. Maybe we should make it SIX nights in Quebec City instead. Hmmmm...

I will be escorting a school group to Quebec City during the last week of Carnaval. Forty high school students and 4 teachers. We ski, tube, dance, frolic and have a blast. There is nothing like it!

We're going with family in June of '08. We can't wait and have already begun the planning!

I didn't realize that was happening. It's been 366 years since my family landed in Quebec....I probably should go and celebrate right?

I'm going to go right now and begin to plan for going.
It sounds like a fun thing to do and a great reason to visit Quebec City and squeeze Montreal in at the same time.
