Please help to buy camera in Montreal

Can somebody recomend reliable store in Montreal Downtown to buy Olympus 35mm point and shut camera. Photo specialty store will be very good. I'm thinking to buy camera in Canada vs in US to save money.
Thanks. Mariya

You will probably save money in US by buying from good discounter such as bhphoto. If you're from outside of NY, you won't have to pay sales tax either.

Although US dollar is strong compared to CDN $, prices in CDN $ are often comparably higher, unless you're talking about a Canadian product.

Royal Photo: de Maisonneuve, between Peel & Drummond. Specialty Store. They carry Olympus. Good selection & prices,

I disagree with previous comment. Cameras are a lot cheaper in Canada.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Pentax digital camera in Montreal or Quebec? I am trying to save more than I can in the US on the web.

Royal Photo also carries Pentax.
Digital cameras can also be found at Bureau en Gros (Central Station).

Try Simons cameras as 11 St. Antoine West. Check out their website (on google). They have been around for generations and they may have what you want at a good price.

sh guns can be bought in the USA, and then shipped to Canada, and will still be cheaper than buying in Canada.

Sekonic meters cost a lot more in Canada, but Minolta meters do not.
