Phone Cards in Canada

In the states, I can dash over to WalMart and buy a cheap phone card for use when I am away from home. It is just as convenient as a phone company card without the dangling entanglements and hidden pop up charges.

Can I do the same in Canada??
You can obtain phone cards just as in the US.

Actually, it's Dan or Daniel. If Calgary is not much different from the major eastern cities (I've only been to Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto), you may be able to pick up phone cards at many convenience stores, supermarkets or pharmacies for example for various dollar values. If you're concerned about getting ripped off, go with the Bell Canada cards (or Sprint, AT&T Canada).
