Pacific Central Train Station Vancouver, BC questions
 

I plan to take the train from Washington state to the Pacific Central Train Station in Vancouver, BC. Since I may have a heavy bag I'm wondering if there are any areas at the train station, including customs, that are accessible by steps only (no elevator, ramp or escalator).

After reaching Vancouver are bags that were checked on the train picked up from inside the train or after getting off the train?

Don't plan on checking any bags on the train. Don't carry on any more baggage than you can comfortably carry.

There is no elevator.

It's on one level. I've only made the trip from Vancouver to Seattle, so am not sure where you pick up your luggage. However, leaving Vancouver, I did check my luggage and it was delivered inside the Seattle station. Make sure you arrive early enough to check your baggage.
