Nova Scotia PEAK season

Just wondering if the first 2 weeks in September is less peak season than July, Aug, and in Sept. when the foliage starts to turn? I have been checking some hotels, & car rental prices and they seem to go down a bit the first 2 weeks in Sept. Any thoughts on this? Thanks Patty

The foliage doesnt usually start to turn until late September with the peak colors being early October.
The Cabot Trail is stunning in early October and is the top attraction in Nova Scotia (colors or not)

Some of our warmest weather but you'll still need a sweater for the evenings. Harvest is in full swing so there is lots of local produce and the start of apple season. You'll still be able to swim along the Northumberland Strait.
