Nova Scotia in June
We (my wife and I) are planning several days in eastern Nova Scotia in early June - Halifax to Yarmouth. I would like your experienced suggestions on places to stay (Inns, B&B's) with either unique atmosphere or views to-kill-for from Yarmouth to Halifax (not including Halifax), While in Halifax we will be styaing at the Marriott Harbourfront - company business.
Also any suggestions on the best places to eat Yarmouth to Halifax, including Halifax.

Are you departing from Halifax when you leave NS?
If you are travelling from Halifax to Yarmouth and then returning, I would suggest you take the southshore via Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, etc and come back through Digby and the Annapolis Valley. If you were to drive directly from Halifax to Yarmouth on the main highway, it would take approx. 3.5 hours. White Point Beach Lodge in Liverpool would be a lovely spot to spend a night. The next day you could head for Annapolis Royal and explore around that area. The third day travel back towards Halifax through Wolfville.

the above post is a good way to get from there to Yarmouth, and I agree with white point. As for places to eat, I'm not sure about Yarmouth, but Halifax is easy enough. Depending what you want there are plenty of places. For a nice pub try the Old Triangle, and if you want seafood either go to O'Carrolls, or if you want to spend a lot, the five fisherman.

Another good choice for accommodation is The Quarterdeck about three miles from The White Point Beach Lodge. The accommodation is newer, is on the ocean and they have a very good restaurant. There are more activities at White Point Beach Lodge but sometimes their accommodation leaves a lot to be desired as reported on other posts.
In Halifax I had a delicious dinner at The Press Gang on Prince Street. You will enjoy fine dining room in a 250 year old building.
Years ago there used to be a seafood restaurant just outside Yarmouth. I cannot remember the name, unfortunately, but maybe other posters will. Not sure if it is still there but people used to line up to have a meal there.
