You could always derive a relationship between the tide times and the Tidal Bore times, and bet a whole lot that the relationship between the two sets of times won't change significantly.
(translation: chart the current tide schedule for, say, Hopewell Cape, and cross-reference the Tidal Bore times for "7 days out", and figure out precisely by how many hours and minutes the Bore precedes the listed high tide for Hopewell Cape, before <I>projecting...</I> )
