Hi <BR> <BR>I'm guessing that CD/TG friendly means cross-dresser/transgender friendly by context, although I've never heard of that expression (pardon me if I've misunderstood). Vancouver is a pretty live-and-let-live city from what I've heard, so you may be in luck, although the queer scene in the city from what I understand is more geared more toward outdoorsy muscled types. The only transgender bars I've heard of in Canada are in Montreal.
