Dear dng,
Thanks for posting. I'll begin looking into your recommendations. We'd already booked a room at Rolling Hills B&B in Dunfield. Glad to know you found it excellent!

I just got back into this today, but yes most ECT hikes are point to point. Some however you can pick up carriage trails to circle your way back. We are also had luck with getting dropped off at a point and hiking our way back, for instance in Ferryland our b&b host dropped us off and we hiked back to our B&b there. Other times guests will drop you off as they go out touring & you can hike back. I'll check my journals and see if I can give you more specifics.

Sorry for not posting an update (I'll post a report soon), but I wanted to say that we had a WONDERFUL time, and can't wait to get back to Newfoundland.
We decided to go day to day, deciding where we'd stay as we went along. This was especially nice, since it meant that we could spend an extra night if we really loved where we were.
A very romantic place for a honeymoon!!

Leeoda, I'm so glad to hear that you had a wonderful time.
I'll be anxious to read your report.
We've been twice and would love to go back again.

Still working on the trip report, but I thought I'd pass on some of our photos from the trip:

My husband's photos are much better than mine, but I hope you enjoy them!

Oh, I loved your photos... especially the one of the puffins.
I love the puffins and could watch them all day.
Thanks for posting your great photos.
