Montreal nite life

Can you suggest an area for nite life for someone thirty. Is there a street which contains bars, restaurants and nite clubs.
Thanks.

Nope, there are no streets with any bars, clubs or restaurants. We only have igloos.

Crescent, Vieux Monteal, St-Denis, rue Laurier, on and on...

Thank you Donna.
Does anyone know of a good website which would list "nite life", including names and type of music.

Go to www.montrealonline.com - look down the left side for Around Town and click on Live Music.

Here are some areas:
St. Laurent - dance clubs especially up by Prince Arthur.
St Denis - Bars, cafes
Crescent - Bars, pubs, dance clubs
Ontario downtown - bars with live bands
These are all very lively areas. St Laurent and St. Denis streets tend to be more 'French' feeling than the downtown areas.
Here is the website you are looking for:
http://www.montrealmirror.com/listings/music.htm

St. Laurent Street is fun. Bubble Room/Lounge is nice bar, some nice clubs, and good restaurants. The Globe looked like a cool restaurant. We ate at Le Blanc which was not good...A place called New Town is also supposed to be fun.
