Great hotel. They have a good weekend deal which includes a first-rate brunch in the lush mezzanine dining-room and another in Jeudi's, the bistro attached to the rear of the hotel.

One tip - make sure your room is NOT underneath the roof-top swimming pool - it gets very noisy in the evenings and sleep is impossible.

To: Donna - When we complained about the noise, the management did not seem the least bit surprised. They told us that some of the rooms below the roof have the noise problem and some don't. BTW, the noise was not from the hallways but from overhead (i.e. the roof floor/our ceiling). The management unhesitatingly reduced the room rate as compensation (we would have preferred sleep !). To be on the safe side, I'd stick by my original advice not to rent a room on this level.

I still love the hotel.
