Montreal Hotels

I am planning to travel to Montreal in July an am concerned with hotel location and amenities (room size). I have narrowed my Montreal hotel choices to a handful and would appreciate any feedback or suggestions regarding the following hotels.

Hotel Bonaparte
Hotel de la Fontaine
Vogue
Hilton

I would recommend the Vogue hotel for the location but others may be a better value.

Vogue, hands down. Most romantic hotel in Montreal and so central to everything.

how's the loews vogue hotel location?we like to be in walking distance to other area's or should we consider the older more historic area of the city.help?

Vogue is located in a very lively area of downtown. Close to stores, restaurants, Peel Metro station.
Old City also has many restaurants, is more picturesque and quieter. It all depends on your preferences: big city hussle/bussle or Old World charm?
