Lodging Victoria Canada

Will be traveling without a car by ferry from Port Angeles Wa to Victoria Canada. Planning to spend one night in Victoria, any suggestion where?. Will it be a problem if we do not have a car? I understand that everything is very accessible from the ferry dock. Not sure what to expect, any suggestions welcome!

You certainly do not need a car. The ferry docks in the inner harbor and there are many hotels within walking distance. As far as a recommendation goes - depends on your budget - they range from moderate to expensive. Let us know.

Looking in the USD 200.00 range. Something that would be in a good location for dining since we will not have a car. Thanks for your help!

Here are some websites for hotels. The inner harbour area where your ferry docks is in the heart of Victoria. Great spot and within walking distance to hotels, restaurants and tourist spots (BC Museum, the Legislative Buildings etc)

http://www.coasthotels.com/
http://laurelpoint.com
http://hotelgrandpacific.com/ http://www.marriottvictoria.com/

These are all more upscale hotels but there are many others in the area that are lovely. All of them are within one or two blocks from the ferry.

If you have any questions - just ask. Enjoy your visit!!
