BEst arrival by taxi? I assume it is safe just to get one at airport. The Four Seasons will arrange for $120, that seems very high....but I am not sure of the distance...from the airport to Four Seasons Toronto. Anyone know?

$120?? That must include a bottle of champagne. Expect to pay about $50. For the exact tariffs, check the Pearson Intl Airport website.

I paid $55 including tip from Pearson to downtown last week. And, yes, either taxi or limo are safe choices, very well-regulated and not too long a wait (5-10 mins in anything except a snowstorm which seems unlikely!).

Thanks....big price difference. Will just pickup cab/limo at airport. Anything to be on the lookout for?

Look for the signs showing where you get a limo on the arrivals level - there's a line up - it usually doesn't take too long as long as 6 flights haven't just come in from Europe.

$120 is waaaay too much.

Had a lovely stay at the Four Seasons! Toronto was a nice city, easy flight from Atlanta, everyone we encountered was very friendly.

Quebec City - stay in the old town. You don't need a car - ours was never moved for the 3 days we were there. The food is great, very interesting place. We loved it.

you can check out hotels on fodors and tripadvisor.

We stayed at Hotel Le Clos St-Louis
