We just got back from Banff, Victoria & Vancouver last week.

We stayed at the Paradise cabins in Lake Louise for two nights. A bit pricy (about 225? plus taxes).

Very nice cabins,*** NO *** train noise and excellent location.

It's located just past the Moraine Lake turnoff on the way to Lake Louise.

While Lake Louise is a sight, Moraine Lake is spectacular. I went there 6 times in 2+ days. The view from the Rock Pile (there's a trail and stairs around the back) is once in a lifetime.

There's a reason that's on the back of the old $20.
