Judy in Calgary Where is she?
In recent years one of the most prolific posters on Western Canada was Judy who lives in Calgary. For the past several months, I have seen no posts from her at all.
Do any of you who live in the Calgary area have any idea what has happened to her? She could have just lost interest in the forum, but somehow I don't think so. No rational reason; just gut reaction.

Last autumn, she started a new business, while still doing contract work at her old job. That was to finish at year end, but I'm guessing the new business is a success, not leaving her much time for travel forums. She had also been a prolific and detailed poster on the tripadvisor forums, and is missed there too.

I don't know any more than anyone else.
But if she had internet access she could reach Fodors unless she felt that spending time with her comprehensive answers were too time consuming.
Therefore I hope that other endeavors of high priority are using up here time.
She was a vital resource and a first class writer.

Very good to know... re Judy. She was indispensable to my mother and me when we went to the Canadian Rockies and out to Vancouver. And I still hope to get to OR and WA so would treasure her advice. I told her I'd love to insert her website on the Wash Post but she suggested not. If Fodor's gives out awards, she is MOST deserving!
